Fathers Day and the Princess Tea Party

When Steve found out we had a daughter, and arguably before, he always said to me "I hope she forces me to have Princess Tea Parties". The word 'forced' was being a bit generous... I don't think it would take much to 'force' Steve to have a tea party with his enchanting daughter, but I think he tried to make it seem like it would be a 'dad duty' rather than a secret desire :)

So to celebrate his first Father's Day,
'Kahlen' bought him a personalized tea set.
(have you ever seen such Gratuitous use of quotation marks?)

Each of them has their own cup. That way there is no fighting ;)

And they need to be small enough for Kahlen's tiny hands
(and so dad looks utterly ridiculous!)

They even come with a matching saucer
and teeny tiny spoon for stirring.

One for Dad and one for Kahlen.

Covered with HUGS and KISSES.

and LOVE!!!

I will post pics of the first official tea party.... in 2-3 years.
I wonder how long it will take Steve to realize that the only
water a young kiddo can reach is toilet water?
Hmmmmmmmm, Yummy!
